Based on availability, our gated parking structure is $110.00 per month per vehicle. Street parking, through the city, is always an option. Ask us for a 'Parking Guide' with some tips & extra information to make street parking easy during your stay!

Yes. We allow up to two pets per apartment on a case-by-case basis. A $250 move-in fee per pet applies. No monthly pet rent is required. There are pet stations available, offering doggy waste bags as a courtesy to our pet owners!

Yes. Our maintenance team is available on-site to assist with service requests. We also offer after-hours emergency service.

Standard homes include white appliances, gray-tone flooring, and black & white cabinetry. Renovated homes feature stainless steel appliances, light luxury vinyl flooring, Euro-style cabinets, quartz countertops, and high-end light fixtures.

Water, sewage, trash, and recycling are covered. Internet is available for a $70 monthly fee. Electricity is billed based on usage.

Maintenance requests can be submitted through the online resident portal or by contacting the leasing office.

Renters insurance is not required to be issued keys; however, it is highly recommended.

We ask applicants make 3x the monthly rent, have good rental history, a clear background and good credit. Cosigners can be considered.

$45 application fee, $250 administration fee and one month's full rent before keys are issued. No deposit is required here.
